Vikram Jandhyala is Professor and Chair of Electrical Engineering at the University of Washington, and Director of the Applied Computational Engineering Lab at UWEE. He is also founder of Nimbic, Inc (formerly Physware, Inc.), a venture-funded electronic design automation startup.

The ACE Lab performs research in the areas of fast electromagnetic simulation, physics based simulation, power and signal integrity, high dimensional design space exploration, synthesis and optimization, variability and statistical modeling, multicore and distributed parallel algorithms, secure and scalable scientific computing on public clouds and graph-diffusion algorithms.
